Can the slider be attached to a tripod?

    All prices in the shop include VAT. Private customers within the EU must pay 19% VAT. Customers outside the EU (third countries) do not have to pay VAT. Deliveries to businesses within the European Union (EU) with a registered tax identification number are generally exempt from VAT.

    You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Credit card payment is possible only with prior contact.

How do I make a Firmware Update ?

  • How do I make a Firmware Update ?

    1. The update is done via USB, for that purpose, the controller with the right USB port of the controller (“PROG”) must be connected to the PC. Another power supply via DC jack is not necessary for this operation.

    2. If the controller of Windows is not automatically recognized, the appropriate drivers are needed. These can be downloaded here .

    3. The actual update is performed using the update tool. The latest version can be downloaded here.

    4. The update tool requires an active Internet connection in order to download the firmware.

    5. After selecting the controller and the firmware releases, the actual update can be performed by clicking on "Update".

    Occasionally, the Update Tool may display an error message regarding a missing Internet connection. In this case, the latest firmware must be downloaded manually. The latest version can be found here (v17) In the update tool, select "Update from file" and then select the previously downloaded firmware.

    Shortly after receiving your order confirmation, you will receive a further email with a binding delivery date. Goods will be shipped usually 2-3 days after ordering. Delivery within Germany takes additionally approximately 2 working days, within Europe 4-8 working days.

    You can find an overview of the prices for Europe and worldwide shipping here. Delivery is by DHL. Upon delivery to the parcel service you will receive an email containing your parcel number. So you always know the current status of the delivery.
